Unida has been providing a broad spectrum of services comprising mainly of HR consultancy, assessment, selection and placement services and career coaching.

In HR consultancy services we have provided services to diverse industries, such as pharmaceutical, distribution, defence, banking, insurance, dairy and steel production and:

  • mainly start with a diagnosis of the current business and HR issues and facilitate strategy setting workshops during the initial stage
  • Based on our findings, best practises and primarily our expertise we then design the relevant HR policies, processes, and practises -in short we help build the HR architecture usually working closely with an in-company project group to support the business needs and objectives of our clients.
  • With our long tenure as change agents we help our clients to re- define and build their new corporate culture programs.

    In our recruitment line of business; we have been involved with the selection and placement focusing on middle to senior management levels and graduate level candidates; mainly in industries such as banking, insurance, retail, food, manufacturing and FMCG while fully utilizing the personality questionnaires and verbal and numerical reasoning inventories described below.

    Unida has been representing the selection and assessment tools by Criterion Partnership Inc. www.criterionpartnership.co.uk based in Brighton- UK in Turkey and has been jointly working in several local projects.

    In career coaching; we have been certified to become Associate Career Coaches by Career Coaching Institute-USA (CCI); a member of International Federation of Coaches (IFC).

    We have been providing career coaching for our clients from diverse backgrounds and also has provided career consultancy services for the MBA class of Faculty of Management -Sabanci University, Istanbul between 2003- to 2010.
